Our standard terms will be submitted at the same time as the returned tender documents along with any site specific request/details or stipulations. They will supersede any terms set out by our clients.
Our standard terms will be attached to all quotations, the same terms will be written in to any agreed orders and will need to be signed by yourself before any works commence. This will form part of any contract agreeing that you have read, fully understand and fully agree to those terms attached.
